Cannot recommend highly enough. In an area largely spoiled by enormous hotels the village is a welcome slice of simple local life. The apartment can't be beaten for location, walk to the local beach and immediately alongside the best waterfront restaurants. The village square is delightful and has plenty of options. We should have stayed for months. The apartment itself is big and clean and cool and bright (but with quite effective blackout shutters in the bedrooms). Absolutely no complaints, we will come back as soon as we can find an excuse!

I'm pleased to write first review od this appartment. Actually We liked everything. From all equipment to hospitality of the owner. As we are bigger family we needed more place and stuff in the kitchen. Though kitchen isn't too big, it has everything, what I needed. Except for common things there is the beach umbrela, beach blanket. Very pleasant surprise was f.e. butter and jam, water in the fridge, welcome beverage and little snack. The flat is new and clean, very tastefully furnished. If you want you can sit outside at the terrace. Flat is situated only few minutes from the centre, where are little shops as well as restaurants. The beach is only aproximately 300 meters away. I apreciate owners hospitality, she was always helpful and willing to answer all my questions. I was a bit afraid of this accomodation as there wasn't any rewiews before, but there was no reason actually.

The perfect stay!Brand new! We enjoyed the clean pool and the specious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The owners were very welcoming and assisted us with great ideas about the area. Just a stone's throw from nea Fokaia but very calm and with great views

The villa was great. The ground floor has the big living room with a big TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a big dinning table/area, access to the outdoor terrace and to the pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bed bedrooms and 2 baths + a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There are 2 additional double bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen and a living room also with TV at the lower-ground floor but you don't feel it's partially underground as it has natural light coming in. Pool and sunbeds were wonderfull, barbeque area was great too. Very quiet area and you have some good dining options nearby - 10' walking if you want to eat out. There are a few small groceries stores in the area, but you'll probably want to go to the Lidl store that's 10-12' drive from the village. Rafail, our host was very helpful with a lot of information and very responsive when we asked him anything.
