The hospitality of the staff at this hotel is off-the-chart good. We travel often, and I don't think we've ever encountered a warmer and more sincerely welcoming staff. Other points to note: the sunset view from the terrace is remarkable; the breakfast buffet is lavish; laundry service at the front desk is inexpensive and prompt; accessing a rental car is simple (the front desk called, and someone drove up with a car to the hotel with the paperwork - I've never had an easier car rental experience).

Nestled in a peaceful area, it offers a respite from the hustle and bustle, yet it's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the town center. The place was very cosy and stylishly decorated, as in the pictures. We loved everything - the big TV, comfortable bed and the terrace. The design of chairs outside made me wonder about where I could buy it. It was very comfortable. We also liked that we could hear the sea. If you lean a bit from the balcony, you can see Portara and the sea. There was cleaning service every day (fresh towels, bed sheets, coffee, sugar, and tea bags) if desired. The cleaning lady was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, always leaving the apartment impeccably clean. The apartment is a short walk from supermarkets and the marina, so the location was perfect. We had a very comfortable stay.
