This was our second time in Paros within the last 12 months. We were desperately looking for a nice hotel, as most of the accommodations were sold out during the peak summer season in Greece. We managed to find this lovely Guesthouse/Hotel. From the very beginning, even before checking in, we were amazed that we were offered free breakfast, even though this one wasn't included in the price. And WHAT a breakfast! The lovely lady was doing her best to prepare homemade food every morning, and changing the breakfast from day to day. Pastries, pies, eggs, greek donots, fresh fruits... It was the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The location is perfect... as you're right in the heart of Naussa. It takes you two minutes walking to get to the harbor area of Naussa, or the main street with restaurants and shops. Across the hotel you have an ATM, two night clubs (that you don't hear... it was always quiet at night), parking spots for your car, a charming pool. They also have a garden bar, that we didn't try out though. They have everything your heart could ask for. Our daughter loved playing with their pets. They have a swing, sunbeds, ... the place felt like home, even though we only stayed for 2 nights. I highly recommend the guest house. Super welcoming and friendly staff. The BEST breakfast you could ask for. If you need help with a rental car, they will manage it. Naussa is amazing at night, and so it's really helpful to go out for dinner, and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes walking to reach the best restaurants on the island. We definitely will turn back to this hotel, whenever we have the chance to. thank your for the warm welcome!

Loved the Cycladic styled appt. We had a great room on 2nd floor with jacuzzi and view. Felt like we’re were the only guest during our stay from June 28-Jul 1, 2022. We were warmly greeted by our host who offered spirit from her family owned distillery. Happy to jump into pool after spending 3 days in Athens. Rooms very clean and spacious. would stay here again.

Parian Lithos Residence is an exceptionally cozy hotel in Naoussa. The owner Katerina is a lovely person and offered great advice of places to visit and things to do during my stay there. She makes you feel like a family member and is extremely helpful. The staff is friendly too and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Most of them have beautiful views of the sea. They have a cozy area for breakfast with a delicious homemade assortment. It's just a 7 minute walk to the main center which is great and has a bus stop too right next to it in case you don't plan to rent a car. There is also a Supermarket and Bakery one minute away. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Paros.

it’s a well maintained property big enough for a large group. the balcony and pool had the most amazing views of the ocean. walking distance to the main area of Naousa.

What a gem of a property nestled in Naoussa, close to tavernas, grocery stores and beaches. Also we visited Moraitis Winery by foot twice, just a 15 minute walk. Even though it was a 5 minute walk from town it was super quiet. The hosts Stefania and Dafne we’re awesome. Nothing was too much for them, our happiness was their priority. We felt like family. They helped us with parking spots as we had a car , and came to find us the first day we sort of got lost. We have travelled a lot and this hospitality and attention was above and beyond. Amazing location. In the mist of it all, yet far enough to get some quite. Just a super short walk away from all the amazing restaurants and bars, with ocean view and all the neccessary and modern amenities. The room overall is very modern and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the setup and felt like my own little apartment in paradise. As a solo-traveler I felt safe as well. And the host was very friendly, efefcient and helpful.
