The location was great to relax, eat and swim. I just wish I had booked my stay a bit earlier as it got a little chilly for me in mid September, but still was able to swim every day. (Could not go earlier due to work schedule,) I loved the balcony with great mountain and sea view and the hammock! Mrs Irini was an excellent host working around my schedule (I’m a late sleeper) coming to clean the room every couple of days but I never felt like I should wake up for her to come in. She would wait until I went to the sea in the afternoon to come and clean. She also provided me with food and sweets on several occasions which were great! The room was spacious, the bathroom also very good. Great internet and a big flat smart tv. If you have a car you can also visit the local villages of Octonia, Avlonari and Oxylithos with good restaurants at very reasonable prices. You also need a car if you plan to cook yourself as the supermarket is about 15-20’ away. One of the two top places I’ve stayed for summer holidays for me (sea view, next to the beach, full kitchen, great room)

The place is very beautiful, more than in the photos...our room was very big and clean just in front of the swimming pool...you can see the sunsire from your bed.
The host is friendly and helpful and your are near Kymi that is a very charming village.

Mickey is an exceptionally good host, and it was a fantastic time for me and my family. Great facilities, kids loved the pool. Close to beach with loungers, bar and restaurant.
Evia has some beautiful coves, beaches, villages and vistas but it is a big island so you'll need transport. Again, Mickey helped us find a very reasonable local car hire who were also very helpful.

The property was spacious and well maintained. It had great views! I was worried there wouldn’t be enough to do in the area but it had a decent beach bar nearby. Christine was really friendly and very helpful. She suggested places to visit

Very new small hotel managed by a family that pays full attention to the well being of guests. Rooms equipped with all expected facilities and more (e.g. active Netflix plan) and very close to one of the best beaches of Evia island, on the Aegean Sea side, long and especially suitable for those that like waves
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The room was clean and spacious, but what we loved most it was our balcony to the beach. It was great to spend some time there. It is a family business and all people were really helpful and tried their best to to keep customers happy. We will definitely visit them again.

The cafe with free beach umbrellas and recliners, and great value service are just 2 buildings down.
Weekdays peaceful, weekends fun with added locals on the beaches, but nothing was crowded.
The room is cozy and well equipped. Lovely courtyard with pool, swings and hammock. From the courtyard there's a wonderful view of the mountains, an atmosphere of relaxation.
The hostess is very friendly and caring.
The big sandy Mourteri beach is just a step away. It has free sunbeds and umbrellas. There're cafes nearby.
You can see a beautiful sunrise by the sea.
We stayed at Villa Pasifai for climbing at the end of May. The place perfectly combine beach rest and climbing! You have 20 min driving to the best climbing areas in Manikia, and 5 min walking to the beach. Villa Pasifai is perfect place for children and family rest , also.
Fantastic location right on the beach. Lovely views. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need for a great stay. The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Cannot recommend it enough. Will be back again soon.
The studio is really comfortable with all necessary facilities, right on the beach and with beautiful sea view. The cafe next to it is also very nice and the host is kind and helpful. Definately worth a visit.
The place in next to the beach in a very quiet location. You can travel around and see nice places, of course you need a car unless you'd like to only spend your time on the beach. The host is very helpful and polite. The room has everything you need, perhaps a microwave would be nice to have but not a problem.
Superb location on the beach. Good facilities in the kitchen, toaster, washing up liquid and scourer, frying pan and spatula (it's usually one without the other.) We even had a t.towel.Huge sliding doors onto the patio, fly screens. The bathroom was nicely finished and the shower was an overhead one which is unusual!
