The location & waking up to the water every morning. Room had everything we needed, so cost, a restaurant & a little cafe also just above. Hire a car or ATV to get around easily, there is lots of parking.

Marianna was such a lovely host and went the extra mile. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend Sarantis to anyone going to Milos. It is in a more quiet area of the island away from tourists. Very close to the airport. Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooms.

Location was amazing. In all of my travels this was by far the coolest place I have ever stayed at. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and were wonderful people. This is a bucket list place to stay. I cannot rate it highly enough.

The little house is lovely and well equipped with beach towels and staple foods. Fabulous view from the veranda and rooms. Bed was comfortable. We felt lucky to be able to walk to one of the best restaurants on the island - Medusa. Steps from a colorful collection of boathouses. We miss it already!
I’ve stayed in lots of beach houses in different Greek islands. This was by far the most beautiful stay and location! Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, and cabinets stocked with all the essentials and then some! I would return in a heartbeat 🥰
Beautiful room and balcony. It was close to one of the nicest beaches we have been to in Greece. It was a bit far out of the crowded center which I like.
The location was perfect. It was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the sea was breathtaking. Sarakiniko beach was minutes away by car. The breakfast that was offered every morning was very good and definitely a plus. The waiter who served us was very nice. We will definitely come back. In all the property is beautiful.We do recommend to rent car or other mode.of transportation to get to other places on the island.
The perfect place for our family getaway with two small kids. Super close to the sea with sea views. And there’s a covered patio and small garden that faces north, so it offers shady place for the kids to play during the midday hours when the sun is blazing hot. It’s away from the crowds, but there’s a restaurant and a cafe within a two minutes walk, so can get the essentials. Also, the nearby beach is incredible when it’s not windy.
Anassa Milos house was just perfect, so calm and beautiful. The house is small but it has everything you need to have a great time in Milos. There is a very private beach next to the house which is perfect for when you dont feel like driving ariund the island to get to another beach.
I truly cant recommend it enough, i think it is one of the best places in the island to stay.
We stayed here our last night on Milos and enjoyed the isolation of this hotel. The drive to the location is unpaved in places but navigatable in a tiny rental car. It is a few minute's drive to Sarakiniko, one of the most famous rock beaches on Milos, and to Mandrakia where there is a lovely sunset restaurant.
The property was exactly as listed, great location. Mandrakia was the perfect spot, picturesque setting, amazing local restaurant, plenty of parking, small food truck with drinks and snacks right next door and a small private beach a short walk away. The room was clean and had all needed amenities.
We have never been to Milos before and did not realize how remote the Boat House was... however it was perfect for us! The location is a 5 min drive to any amenities, but there is snorkeling at your doorstep. private sunsets on the balcony, your own personal beach! The owners supplied kayaks, snorkeling equipment, checkers game - and frequently checked if we required anything additional... a total bonus. You will need a car however as taxis are limited and the phone service intermittent.
