For my children and I this was a quick overnight, but the flat would work great for a longer stay too, if you have time to explore the neighborhood and nearby beach. The owner also helped us return the car to the rental company, because their offices were closed. The owner is very nice and friendly. The owner especially came to the apartment to help us with the luggage and guided us about everything. The furniture is an old style.
