This property is wonderful for what it is: A nice little 3 story maisonette, part of a small holiday unit complex, 2 minutes walk to a beautiful secluded beach. The charming couple that owns this place made sure you will have a perfectly comfortable stay, thinking of every detail. No fancy design, no status symbols (apart from high end Molton Brown toiletries!), just a wonderfully comfortable and cosy space at a beautiful seaside town near Athens airport. Beds were superb! This is perfect for a family or two couples, and a GREAT value for your money. Hostess Katerina gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation for lunch, which concluded a peaceful, fun weekend with our daughter and friends. Thanks a lot!

The interior of apt is very luxurious, modern and clean. The exterior has huge balconies with amazing views of the sea and mountains. It is very bright and has positive vibes. The furniture, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are brand new and well equipped. The owner was very quick and helpful in answering any questions and making sure we were happy & comfortable. The instructions we were given to check in and the info about the apartment were very helpful. Location was convenient in that it was close to sea by walking and to cafes, shops etc by short car ride. Most importantly, I want to mention that the owner allowed us a very late checkout at no additional cost after we had an unexpected flight cancellation. This was very kind and helpful for us. We are grateful to Mr Panos, the owner of this recently built new apt, who went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. We will be back, and we will surely recommend your apartment. Our stay at this apartment during our April 2024 vacation was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was not only conveniently provided with all the amenities we needed but also offered breathtaking views of the beachfront. It was just perfect for our family of three. Moreover, being just a stone's throw away from the marina, we had easy access to a wide array of restaurants and cuisines, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the spacious balcony, providing both shade and a serene spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. Overall, the apartment impressed us with its cleanliness, modern amenities, and cozy atmosphere, enhancing our vacation experience tremendously. Best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in! So many things provided that have not been provided at other accommodations. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. The host Jessica was very friendly and helpful. Good location with excellent little supermarket nearby. Very close to airport. We had a hire car and found Porto Rafti excellent base for exploring Southern Greece.
