Extremely clean. Small family run boutique hotel that was new, close to beach and rooms were spacious and modern and very comfortable. Loved the bed sheets as they were a crisp cotton. Breakfast was great as it was included. Beautiful pool lounge area. The family are extremely attentive to all your needs. A rare gem!!’ Have been to bigger 5 star hotels where the service and cleanliness did not compare.

We had a perfect stay in Kamari. Very attentive hosts, comfortable room, everything top notch. The bed was very comfortable. We usually made oatmeal for breakfast, the kitchen was perfect for that. I imagine you could prepare similar simple meals, but maybe not more complex ones. We loved that each window and the terrace door had mosquito nets applied. The room is spacious, we could even do a simple home workout in it :) The location is also great, two minutes to get to the beach. It's worth to note that this end of the beach had bigger waves, so we usually walked more (~10 mins) to get to the calmer beach area, but we were fine with that. Also, as others mentioned, the planes are really close, but they don't really fly between 23:00 and 6:30, so we were fine with that, too. Otherwise it's a really quiet and calm location :)

Amazing owner couple who take care of every single detail. Very nice owners, friendly, smiling, helpful. Near the airport and they also go to see the planes coming in which was amazing. We didn't mind the noise. Great conditions, clean and close to the beach, in the center of Kamari. Near restaurants, bars. Every morning they wait for you to open the door and a sweet lady will hand over a plate of homemade cakes. The room is super clean. The place is less than 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main bus station. Kamari restaurants and bars are also 2 min walk to the sea side. During our check out we got a souvenir from owners. Thank you very much!

Seaside by Manos is a lovely friendly small family run hotel. Gorgeous pool. And lovely spot right next to the beach.

We have stayed here for almost a week and everything was perfect. The owner is very friendly and helpful, gave advices on what to do in Santorini and also helped us to rent a car at a very good price. The staff really pays attention to every guest! My husband drinks only cappuccino with organic milk and the owner did not have it at that moment but ordered the specific milk for his cappuccino the next day! It was amazing service! What is more, we were offered late check out for free which is amazing. The hotel is new and clean. Their restaurant is also great, they have good breakfast and also we came there for lunches and dinners, enjoying perfect service and meals.

The property is exceptionally clean and well thought out. But the best thing about it is the warmth and friendliness of the two brothers who run it - far superior hosts to anyone we have yet encountered, and we have stayed in a lot of places!
