Perfect modern hotel. Everything feels new and in the room we found everything that we needed. Location perfect. There are quite big shopping malls near buy. Very quiet neighbourhood. Staff was perfect, very friendly, recommended places to eat and visit. Definitely stay here again when we will visit Heraklion.

Extremely helpful staff, great rooms, centrally located. You can basically walk to most of the locations within 10 minutes. Staff were more than willing to help out with things like booking taxis or advice on places to visit and not getting overcharged.
