Staff was incredibly helpful, they made us aware of a public holiday and gave us great tips to reschedule our roadtrip, so when in doubt ask them. Perfect location. Walking distance to the old town and beach. Hotel valet parking was also available. Hotel had a serene calm feel. Very clean and rooms were quality. Breakfast was excellent, great restaurant quality food where the variety changed daily. The restaurant even presented me with a complimentary birthday cake which was a lovely surprise and made the day even better! Staff were brilliant, from reception to the concierge to everyone in the restaurant, facilities and even the Pianist that gave light evening entertainment.

The location and the hotel is amazing. The center is just there around the corner and the best part is that hotel offers their own parking, charges extra but the price was reasonable, 10eur per day. The breakfast was amazing, huge variety of food and everything we tried was so tasty, especially homemade local yogurth from goat milk. Lots of fruits and veggies, and the cretan pie was delicious.
