We were made to feel really welcome with lots of lovely surprises in the fridge, and cake too! Katerina is a fantastic host. Location was great. It is a lovely family home. Lots of restaurants to walk to and beaches (with stones) nearby.

Perfect location! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for our family of four. Lovely beach right opposite, restaurants 1 minute walk away. The house was cleaned everyday and beds made while we were at the beach, fresh towels and sheets every other day, the hosts were very caring and easy to contact. Great air-conditioning, front and back patios, great sea views, good hot water shower and fast WiFi. I'm so glad we picked Ritsa house, I cant imagine better accommodation in Ayia Evfimia
The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed including fully equipped kitchen. The highligt of the apartment was the garden with a sea view. A small oasis where we enjoyed our morning coffee. There is also a small private beach. Stavros, the owner, was welcoming and he made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place!

We absolutely recommend!
Positioned on the mountain flank, it offers a beautiful view of the bay, and at night Sami can be seen flickering in the distance, and boats trawling through the sea. Located just outside of the village, the Milky Way is fully visible at night - a small walk takes you to seaside tavernas with amazing food and a cozy beach. The owners are terrific people (they even gave us some home made feta - better than any store bought). Nice gardens surround the building and pool, and the rooms are large and fully equipped.
