The location of the property is ideal - close to the beach, village center with restaurants, shops and the bus stop.
The double room room was enough spacious for 2 adults and bed large and comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped for preparing breakfast, Greek coffee, a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
The bathroom was cleaned every day and supplied with bath/shower gel.
We loved the marble staircase and the sea view from the balcony.
The hosts were very kind and lovely. Even if they didn't speak fluent English and we no Greek we managed to communicate with a smile and everything worked perfectly witch the check-in and check-out.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
We loved staying here. The suite was clean and modern. Eventhough the location was far from the port, it was a 12min ‘hilly’ walk to Lotos beach and then from there an 8min walk to Kini centre. From Kini centre it’s a quick 20min bus ride to the port. However you’ll need a taxi from port to apartment. We cannot praise the owner enough. He was so lovely and helpful. He helped to book taxis and was super friendly!
our stay at Rosolio was excellent! we loved the terraces and the view and calmness! we were using the free local bus to go to Ermoupoli and we were using the KTEL buses to go to the beaches. It was beyond expectations and we will be going back for sure.

The house is dream house. Very beautifully decorated, very natural and habitual in surroundings. Stone, wood, cacti, garden full of lavender…. Beautiful.
Location is maybe not closest to the sea, but somehow is perfect to take a morning stroll to the beach, bakery…

Needless to say, but it was perfect stay for us.
The host is very friendly and helpful. The property is pretty much on top of the hill so you have a fantastic view overlook the city and the port. You can really see when the boats are arriving and leaving.
The property is accessible on foot if your luggage is not so big. It's also accessible by bus although I haven't got on the bus to go there, only to go down to the port. Anyway, the bus stop is right there in front of the apartment.
It's about 5 minutes walk to the beach (because downhill, it's about 10 mins to go up).
Everything was perfect. The house was lovely, in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants..Maro, who looks after the house and guests, was very kind and helpful. We just wish we had stayed longer.
The property was stunning and a one minute walk from the beach. The bus stop is very close to the location. The facilities were exceptional and the property accommodated us in every way.

The house has everything you may need and much more and it offers a perfect sunset, one of the best that you may see in the whole island. The hosts are full of smile and willingness to show you and give you as much as they can. Totally recommended and hope to visit this place again!
