Location is perfect, this is far from the crowd of Amoopi.
The owner is extremely friendly.
Studio is clean, spacious, there is a huge terrasse where you can enjoy the sea view. It is covered, so you are not melted by the sun!
Highly recommended it.
Maybe just a bowl for dressing a salade was missing from the kitchen equipment.

Great hosts who gave us some excellent tips about enjoying the surrounding area. They were also incredibly accommodating of our needs. The facilities were top notch and very comfortable with plenty of space. Well designed and welll appointed .Beautiful views from both levels. The top balcony is a great place to witness the sunset. Short walk to a lovely beach and Alona provided us with some reallly decent beach towels to enjoy the experience.

It was a beautiful and luxurious suite. The design and attention to detail were spectacular. The views and location were stunning and looked out over a beautiful view of the sea, cliffs and gardens. The suite was constantly cool and fresh, even in the middle of the day due to the cooling sea breeze.
The owners were delightful and offered fresh tomatoes, herbs and vegetables from their garden that I could use to cook with.
I would highly recommend this suite as a long stay holiday, honeymoon, romantic getaway or relaxing break.

The rooms are nicely styled, spacious and very well appointed. Comfy bed, good shower with pressure and many other amenities including coffee maker . Just great. The best however is the location - no other houses are around and even the resto is closed at night - so one can enjoy an amazing evening with sea view and mountain view in perfect tranquility . This surprises, as the beach is quite crowded in daytime.. Btw the service for the room was absolutely impeccable.

Lovely hotel a 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Karpathos. The rooms are very tastefully done and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Maria and her sons and the rest of the staff are so attentive and made our time in katpathos super special. The breakfast is delicious and varied and was a real highlight for us. Our staying was excellent! The accommodation is in front of one of the best beaches in the island! Beautiful house, well decorated, with all the amenities, clean, with great view! We would come back for sure ! Last but not least, I would like to give extra kudos for the great hospitality of Fragkiski! The Fokia Beach studios have a lovely location, amidst rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, right in front of the beautiful bay of Fokia. The studios are cosy and spotlessly clean.

Especially for a family with a small baby the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The apartments location is 5 minutes walk by two of the best beaches in the island and has many restaurants in close distance.
On the seaside in the little town of Amoopi, very quiet location with a magnificent view. The presence of the staff is constant even if very discrete and respectful. you can have a good breakfast for an additional 8 € fee, an kindness and care for the guests are a must the stff asolutely respects. Surprising present done of of special local cakes. Really a lovely stay, in a very clean environment to which a high level quality service is always granted.
