Location was a two minute walk to a sandy beach so very easy and convenient. There were three bedrooms that could easily sleep 4 people each plus two bathrooms so there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was big and had everything to prepare our simple meals and it opens to the outside area which was so nice! I really liked the large terrace upstairs which made a great place to work from. The hosts were very attentive and we thank them for a lovely stay!

We had a nice stay here during our Georgia round trip. Apartment was nice, clean, comfortable. Shower hot and with good presure. Kitchen equiped. Hotel is out of city, in a quite place. 5 min walk to a large empty sandy beach. Perfect relax for us and for baby. You can order meals from menu, which are big and homemade tasty. Thank you.

We stayed one night only. For this short stay, everything was fine. The building is still in its final stage of construction, however, these was no noise, no excessive dust or similar, and the room had everything we needed, although you see here and there cables from the wall and/or open pipes. For that, the room was quite modern and fresh in appearance.
The breakfast in the neighboring building was ok and actually better than expected.
Overall, good value for money.

Excellent and very clean apartment close to the beach. You can walk to the beach within 3 to 5 minutes. Also very friendly and helpful staff (the man at the reception can also speak English). We definitely recommend this accommodation. You can reach the accommodation by taking a minibus to Ureki and from there a open minibus to the road on the beach. Get off at Cafe/Restaurant Verona. The man at the reception picked us up from there.
The whole place is beautiful, clean , comfortable, had everything that one might need during beach vacation , even the bicycles were included, beach is 5 munutes away, would definately stay again
Great place with a perfect location and incredibly friendly hosts! The hotel has a huge terrace with an amazing view! The beach is just a few meters away! Definitely, I'll return to Princ Georgia next time!
