The best place I have ever visit. You can relax there perfectly, Sea and Mountain View's are combined. The sunset is miracle. Very comfortable beds, the room has everything you need. We were the first guests to stay for 1 night during our short trip to Batumi for friend’s wedding. We were looking for a peaceful gateway in green mountains after a hot Dubai summer. There were no reviews available as the villas just went out for rent a few months ago, so we were a bit worried but decided to give it a try anyway.  And we got a very pleasant experience we were looking for. There are two houses on the top of the hill with great views overlooking the sea and surrounded by mandarin trees. Very nice place to unwind and de-stress.   Villas are fully equipped for short and long-term stay, there is a parking lot and bbq pit in each villa. The host and his family were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We didn't bring much provision with us as we stayed for only one night, but the host shared tea and honey with us and we had a nice tea break on the porch in the evening. A note for travellers: the place is located a bit remotely from the main road, so it is better to make sure you bring provision with you as there is no place for quick grocery shopping around. Also, do check the route carefully if you are driving there as the place is a bit off track and google does not show proper routes. We got lost on the way, but the host picked us up on the main road and guided up to the hill.
