A Room With A View, hotel in Worthing

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi.

The room's decoration was impeccable, surpassing the expectations set by the pictures. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing, with both a bathtub and a shower, which was a delightful surprise. Although our stay was limited to a single night, we found ourselves repeatedly saying we wished to extend our stay simply to take in the comforts of the room. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.

The location was excellent, directly on the beach. The breakfast was very good indeed. The hotel has many nice rooms but - since I was only by myself - I had a very small room - which was clean but not really comfortable. So, I would suggest that single visitors should request a more comfortable and larger room. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but the room could have been better and provide a better view to the ocean.

The staff, service, interior decor, room and breakfast were all great. We had some food and drinks in the bar before bed. The location is good, away from the main centre but right on the beach.

Excellent location - right on the beach. The hotel is in a historic building and is lovely but could do with updating. Bathroom was not very friendly for a disabled person (step into bath to use shower) but then i did not enquire about more accessible rooms so not the fault of the hotel. It was expensive but then its high season and in a popular destination. Staff were really helpful.

landlord and landlady were extremely friendly and helpfull, they explained all sights around Worthing and where to have nice dinner. I would enjoy if all landlords were like that. On top the guest house is immediately along the beach, one crosses the street and is there. Perfect place along the seaside

The location was ideal, oppersite the beach and close to amenities. Our room had a great view over the beach and was one of the best views I've ever had from a seaside hotel.

We were right on the beach front and could watch the sea from the window. Very personable staff, which were also very kind to talk too. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Checking in was easy to do, could come and go as we please. The information booklet was extremely helpful for us to use the facilities as well as find things to do in the local area 10/10

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. We were so lucky with the weather for February and enjoyed waking up to gorgeous sunlight. Great location right on the beach and close to town and shops and easily walkable from the station.
