Everything. The location was superb and was made full use of. Breakfast and evening meals on the terrace overlooking the blue sea was relaxed and a highlight of our stay. All the staff we encountered were similarly friendly and relaxed.

The location is fantastic, there are very few hotels in Falmouth that offer parking (which we never had a problem with)
The Working Boat pub is great - we ate there one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
The reception area and initial entrance to the hotel is wonderful, very light, airy and modern.

The room was small but it had a lovely view and it was much better than expected as we booked at the last minute. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the usual facilities. I liked the small bar in the hotel where you could buy drinks and the breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. the beach was a short walk away which had a cafe and there was adequate parking on site. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Old hotel had lots of charter. Had an labyrinth of rooms & corridors. Our breakfast was great, best sausages I've had on this 6 week holiday. Very comfy beds & pillows. Perfect location. Loved our stay.
Amazing views of the sea. Convenient location close to everything you need including the beach. Accommodation very comfortable and cosy. Lovely furnishings.
Initial impressions were how much care had been taken to make this property attractive, interesting, cosy and comfortable. Colour scheme reflected the view over Summers Beach. Quirky artwork was everywhere - so much to enjoy and admire. 2 very comfortable settees to sink into in the evenings after strenuous days of hiking the SW coastal path. We've stayed in many self catering properties over the years and Summers Beach View is the absolute best ever.
Location fabulous, views from room and restaurant wonderful, room size great, staff friendly and helpful. All very comfortable - and beach access easy.
Only a village-view room was available but nevertheless it was an amazing room and we saw the great views from the dining room. Our room was spacious, comfortable with a fresh, chic but simple seaside feel to it, the owner had thought of everything. Breakfast & dinner were excellent. We decided to walk from the public car park but this wasn't a problem because it was made very clear beforehand that we would have to park there and pay, we did get wet due to the weather at the time though!
