    The room was VERY CLEAN, the owner Steve was very nice and made us feel welcome. The location was great, the beach at one end of the street and the town centre at the other end, we loved the seaside theme throughout the property, i would highly recommend this guest house 100%.

    It's a cosy little inn in a nice seaside resort. Friendly staff, good food. Perfect for couples who want some time off to relax. We stayed three days during a weekend. There are several rooms, a dining room, a bar and a sports room with pool table and darts. Saturday it was live music too. There is a lovely beach walk to neighbouring Saltburn. The inn is situated in walking distanse from the railway station.

    Lovely seaside location with beach across the road. Spacious well appointed apartment. Brightly lit with airy feel. Excellent for a family of 4 with toilet facilities upstairs and downstairs. Reasonably priced. Easy to get to and convenient parking at the rear of the building.

    We were greeted by the owner, Steve -a lovely friendly chap who explained where everything was; he lives a few doors away so is always available if necessary. The room was lovely & clean, with an attractive seaside themed decor. We really appreciated the shared kitchen which was well equipped, and the little outside courtyard to relax in. Location was ideal, close to the promenade and the shops. We enjoyed a stroll round Locke Park, (15 minutes away) Would definitely book The Beaches again.
