There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Perfect location, right on the beach and just in front of The Lanes. We were attending an event at The Brighton Centre which is a realty short walk.
Having parking is really handy
Hotel is a bit run down but for the location and the cost it is ideal.

Location is good, easy 15 min walk in a straight line from the station, right on the beachfront. The room was clean, great bathroom. Shower was excellent, lovely products in the bathroom. The young person on reception was friendly and efficient.
Across the road location from the promenade and beachfront, generous sized room and bathroom, large flat screen TV, blackout curtains, comfy bed and linen, but pillows too thin. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Enjoyed the quick access to the seaside and short walk to the interesting commercial area of Hove. Was easy and convenient to return to the hotel.
The location is brilliant - right on the beachfront, and a short walk to the lanes. Very convenient for a quick getaway. Staff were accommodating & helped us with a number of requests. The pool is small but a good option when it was too cold to go to the beach. We upgraded for a small fee to a sea view room and it made the stay at the hotel worthwhile. Information sent prior to our stay was very thorough and appreciated.
