Cosy and very clean with beautiful interior decor. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well appointed and nicely decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was really tasty and very filling.

Easy to find and plenty of room for parking, greeted in a very friendly way, shown round and made to feel at home, advice given on were to eat and drink in the local area. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The garden is lovely shame it was raining whilst we stayed.

Great location, easy walk from the station. Its on the beachfront but at the rear of the property. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host is friendly and helpful.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The perfect getaway. Very friendly staff excellent facilities, we played tennis swam walked to the beach. You can lie near the pool and be served drinks and light lunches.
It felt lovely and private in the cabin with views across the open fields. The bed was really comfy and the hot tub was fantastic to sit in and watch the sunset. Lots of birds and wildlife to see!

A perfect location for the purpose of our trip (we had a party to attend in Littlehampton). We only stayed one night and although the room was small it was clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty for everyone to do - golf, tennis, swimming, cricket on the lawns, table tennis. The hotel was close to Arundel and its lovely castle and a short drive from the seaside.
The breakfast were lovely. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Arundel is very near for visiting the seaside.
