The location and it was large with plenty of room. It's close to the beach and restaurants in the area so didn't have to drive to dine at night after site seeing during the day.

As soon as we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Charles and his delightful granddaughter Penelope. Our spacious lodge was cosy and very clean. The bathroom was large, with all the comforts. Right on the seafront, in Hirel, not far from Cancale and its delicious oysters! There are many places to eat on the coastal road.
The morning breakfast (a choice between continental and English), was complete and enough for the hungriest. We had a great time, we hope to be able to return soon. Thank you Charles & Rose!

Superb. You will not find anywhere better. Great hosts and great accommodation. High quality throughout. A very warm welcome was given on our arrival.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Nice quirky guesthouse right on the beach with several good restaurants nearby.

Staff were friendly and the restaurant served very tasty homemade food.
A little lounge to share next to the room with small kitchen was nice extra bit of space to use
A lovely, quaint seaside B&B. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The weather stopped us from enjoying the pool, however, it looked very well kept, as was the rest of the garden. The host was very friendly.
Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms clean, comfortably furnished in seaside style, view of the beach and the sea. In the kitchen, all necessary dishes, coffee and tea available, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Breakfast can be ordered. There is a bar downstairs, not open every day, closes at 10pm and quiet.
Cute little beach front hotel with friendly staff. And just a few minutes from Cancale.
