Absolutely stunning location with easy access to the beach. Safe green area for my 18 month old to play with and very lovely, steady steps and railing for me to go up and down.
Didn’t use the pool, but think it would have be ideal.
Room was spacious, comfortable and had a coffee machine. Breakfast in the room was a treat, so we used the city view balcony, which provided a peaceful, secluded and quiet area to start your morning.
The hotel had a space for us to take our bike rack off (+2 bikes) and store it within hotel gates in a secluded spot, which helped our peace of mind, as well as reduced the size of our truck dimensions. Parking outside on the street was close and convenient. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Modern 3-bedroom apartment on the beach near the start of the GR10 as well as restaurants and a bus stop. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony as well as the great location.

The hotel has an excellent location with amazing views of the ocean. The beach is next to the hotel, which is especially great if you like swimming or walking along in the morning. The waves can be quite loud though for wakeful sleepers at night. It was very close to good restaurants, a pleasant walk away from the old town, and a comfortable bus ride to Biarritz. The staff was quite helpful at all times.
Grand Hôtel Thalasso & Spa is located on the seaside in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and it has a restaurant with a bar. The spa and wellness centre is in a luxurious 1000 m² building.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The appartment is spacious and nicely located in a calm residential area. Ocean view from terrace is very nice as the whole terrace is. St. Jean de Luz is in 20 minutes walking distance (please note that the appartment is located on a hill and stairs and ascents are to be climbed). Free access to the pool which is just behind the building. Agency crew is very kind and supportive at all times (in fluent English).
We had a whole mini house -Le Floret-and after being in hotel rooms is was so nice to have kitchen facilities. Well stocked. Ocean views if you stood up and looked out and that was ok considering the facilities we had. Netflix. YouTube. Car parking. And a pleasant walk into st Jean de luz in about 10 minutes. Bit longer heading back as going up hill. Owner was very accommodating
Good location close(ish) to the beach and town. Room was spacious with a large bathroom (shower and bath). The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Also dog friendly 👍
Apartment was in great location to beach / small supermarket / restaurants. Fantastic large balcony with beautiful views across valley & ocean. Given how central, very little road noise etc. Large swimming pool with sun loungers, but very little shade. Spacious apartment & large bedroom with comfy bed. Basic but practical cooking facilities.
there is an absolutely beautiful, authentic Basque house. Well maintained on the outside and has a very modern and high quality renovation with design elements.. and has own soul. Terrace for morning coffee and barbecue very useful too) location is great.. nice walk for the beach through the port and the old town. Both towns are charming and cute.
Beach - for an idle stay with the family, if you want to do surf - it is by car 15-20 minutes
