The property is very well situated with easy access to the main tram which runs direct from the airport through to the old town of Nice. Similarly, its 1 street away from the beech front which you can follow all the way to the old town of nice.
The apartment is big enough for a couple or single traveller with a 2 seat sofa that could be changed into a bed, a small kitchen area, bathroom and a full super king bed. It was clean and the host was on hand for any questions. The building itself has a door code to get in which adds to the security and there are a few local restaurants and take aways near by if needed, including a local supermarket. The host left chocolate and bubbles which was lovely, along with some staples such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and toilet roll. The décor is modern and stylish with most things you need for a getaway. Overall a great little place which we enjoyed.

Newly renovated apartment with attention to detail. The place is more pretty in person than in pictures. Conveniently located in front of the tram station, just 15mins to the city center. Many restaurants in the area. Apartment is just a stone throw away to the beach which is perfect for a refreshing dip. The host was really nice, he accomodated us even though it was our error that the booking was just for two, he let us in and allowed us to pay for an extra person upon arrival. Highly recommended apartment in Nice.

Very calm and peaceful, very friendly staff. Within walkable distance from the beach. Within less than 10 minutes of driving from Villefranche, from the beaches of Eze and from Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Less than 15 minutes of driving from Eze and less than 30 minutes driving from Nice. Perfect location to stay and visit the area with a car.
Clean hotel in perfect location, helpful, friendly staff. It’s our second stay here, didn’t get disappointed. The hotel is few minutes away from the train station, close to beautiful beach, shops and restaurants.
The location was great, very close to buses, train and the supermarkets. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed sitting and swimming there in the afternoons after a day’s sightseeing. Loved the coastal stroll to the pretty township of St Jean Cap Ferrat. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Beaulieu is a very good town to stay in due to its compact transport links plus the town itself is attractive. Good communication with host and easy check in
Location was great. Beaulieu sur mer is a lovely seaside town - great links to nice & Monaco. Train station close by, and bus stop at top of road for no.15 bus. Also 5 mins walk to beach and restaurants. Room was clean & quiet with an amazing bathroom with shower. The pool area seems to have been recently renovated - great size pool and seating areas. Was perfect after a hot day sightseeing. Staff were polite & very helpful. Overall a great choice and lovely 3 night stay
