We've stayed in a lot of hotels over the past four years of travel, and I can happily say our accommodations in Sitges were some of the best. The communication was fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful. We actually had two different bookings during our two week visit because the apartment we most wanted wasn't available during our first three nights. On the fourth day, when we had to change units, the staff arranged for us to stay in our original apartment until the new unit was cleaned, for which we were very appreciative. Another night, the people below us were being very loud. I called the 24 hour help line at 2300 to see if they could help, and they promptly dealt with the problem. They even messaged me the following day to make sure I was happy and promised they would make sure the issue didn't happen again. When we asked if they knew where we could get a Covid test before our cruise, they provided a list of names, addresses, and phone numbers. And when we needed luggage tags printed out, they promptly took care of that as well. And the apartments themselves were fantastic. Modern, sunny, well-appointed, just minutes away from the beach and the heart of Sitges.
