The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Telmo at the front desk was exceptional. His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!!
