This property is in the best location. Walking distance to everything. One block back from the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten and we had a very comfortable room overlooking the famously beautiful beach of La Concha. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant with the expert guidance of Borja on the menu.

The hotel was beautiful and so close to the beach but away a bit from all the crowds. The rooms were big and bright and staff so helpful.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Clean , relaxed hostel (so happy that its not a party people place , just chilled out people who spend their day on the beach swimming or surfing and the evening chilling out ) very well organised rooms , with comfy beds , lovely staff, very good breakfast with good coffee.
I saw families with kids also staying there .

Casa Nicolasa is situated in the perfect location, right on the edge of the Old Town, but also close to the surf beach and some of the more modern shops just south of the Old Town. The capability to check in online pre arrival meant it took no time to get our room key at reception, and all the staff were very helpful. It is also impressive that our room was cleaned during the day, considering this is not a hotel but a pension.
A last minute reservation resulted in a most relaxing mini holiday. An upgrade into a seaside view room for one night was absolutely treasured! So grateful for the easy access to the beach. The kind staff accommodated my requests and provided helpful information. Hotel was within walking distance to old city, and was especially lovely to either walk on the beach or along the promenade.
Quirky hotel on the beachfront. Comfy beds, beautiful views out across the beach, especially at sunset. Very friendly receptionist Andrea, really helpful. Decent basic breakfast. Great chilled vibe in the evening around the area, just before sunset.
The location, right on the beach is spectacular. The view from my room was amazing. I slept with the window open to hear the ocean. On one night this was a bit of a problem because of noisy partiers who sat on benches right outside the hotel. The breakfast was terrific. The welcome drink is a terrific touch. All of the staff were accommodating. The old section of town with restaurants and shopping was a comfortable walk.
Fantastic location, right on the beachfront and near to the town centre, spacious apartment with a great living room and balcony. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our time in San Sebastian. Hosts made collecting the keys very easy and early check in/late checkout times were appreciated. Good coffee machine too! Thank you for having us!
The location of the hotel right on the beachfront is amazing. We booked a junior suite with a sea view and the room was very spacious with 3 juliet balconies. You could tell that the room had been recently upgraded and that was confirmed when I looked at the floor plan which was different to how the room was set up.
