The location is perfect. We could sit and watch the ocean from our room and patio. A 5 minute walk to restaurants, the marina and shops. Very quiet as the hotel is about 50-75 feet up from the beach so the views are spectacular. It is a short staircase down to the beach through the locked gate. You can also park your care inside the gates for 15 Euros
