We have stayed in the Melior 1 previoisly. It is convenient to the beach, restaurants and the main shopping street Calle Gabriel Miro.
The apartment again was well appointed, well furnished and fully kitted out with all the necessary kitchen equipment.
On arrival we were met with a very pleasant and helpful girl, Maria. We had estimated our eta, and there she was waiting for us at 19.30. The check in process was speedy and efficient and no fuss. We were cruising the restaurants by 20.00/20.15. It was great to be back in Calpe again.

The apartment (parking included) is in the perfect location for the beach, restaurants and everything Moraira has to offer. Stunning views of the surrounding area and Mediterranean from the balcony. Beautifully decorated apartment with excellent, top of the range white goods and kitchen wear, wifi, A/C, towels and bedding. It was a real home away from home. Managing agent was excellent from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived at (and sadly left) the property. Welcome pack and goodies from the owner was greatly appreciated.
A charming little villa. It had everything you could think of and more. We had a lovely welcome basket from our hosts, filled with goodies.

Excellent location right in the middle of town and just a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. The apartment has everything you need and more for a stay in Moraira.
The location in Moraira was very good and we liked having the underground parking. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is 5-10 minutes walk. We visited several other beach resorts but we liked this one best. Lovely apartment and owners, very well equipped, great shower., our home away from home.
Moraira is a smaller town with aa wonderful beach.
The apartment is located with car just 5 min from everything or 25-30 minutes walk in a very nice area. iI was a perfect location and a very nice apartment with a balcony for breakfast and relaxing after a day on beach.

it is a good location and villa well equipped. I appreciated in particular the two bathrooms and the swimming pool.
location is also good despite from Villa not sea view, but seaside, Moraira, is just few kilometers from villa.
The penthouse was well located a short walk to the beach, restaurants ,an excellent bakery and a good supermarket .
The apartment has a gorgeous roof terrace with sea and beach views. It was well equipped with sun loungers, table & chairs and large sofas. The open plan kitchen/ lounge is well equipped.
Maaike was lovely, easily contactable and dealt with and concerns quickly…

The apartment facilities were excellent.
Off road garage parking was available for an extra 9 Euros and also free parking was available in a car park behind the beach only a 100m walk from the apartment.
Staff for check in as well as for breakfast was absolutely lovely. Place was very clean and location extremely convenient with only a short drive to beaches as well as a very charming little coastal town.
