Staff was Lively and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is very good and overall experience was very good value for money.
We had a ground floor room which do not have a balcony but still are spacious and the windows side of the building is free of anybody passing your room

Apartment bigger than expected. Owners and staff very helpful and nice. Free parking. No extra payments for towels and room cleaning. Close to beach. I highly recommend.
One of the first things we noticed when we arrived is how absolutely spotless clean everything is. The personel is very friendly and helpful. The people at the restauran are absolutely outstanding and very accomodating to our dietary needs. There is a small supermarket on the way down to the beach, which has all the basics (also gluten free and some plant-based foods) available.
Our stay was spectacular. The hotel has clean, spacious rooms, a pool, a great, extensive breakfast, and very friendly staff. The location is perfect as well. It is not right in the city center of puerto nuevo (just a 3 minute drive), but it is perfect to be away from all the rush and traffic and be close at the same time. Our room had sea views and we were close to many scenic walking trails overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be back in the future! 10/10 recommend! =)
