Kitchen well stocked. One of the best holiday rentals we have been to. Everything you could need for a family holiday. The host was exceptionally friendly and approachable.

Well where to start, We booked Sunny Day as a one night stopover as our usual accomodation wasnt ready till the Saturday. So when we search on the internet and we seen Sunny Day it looked nice so we thought to book and we are so happy we did, Sunny Day far exceeded our expectations. Its rare these days to be surprised but Sunny day and especially Franc were absolutely amazing. Franc greeted us with a text message to make sure we arrived in Gran Caneria and to tell us that our room was all ready for us, this was at 10 in the morning, we was thinking we would have to wait to get into our accomodation but Franc was there ready for our arrival. When we arrived we was so leased with everything about Sunny Day, the host, the cleanliness, the location just everything about Sunny day was perfect. The appartment was beautiful and so clean, Looking out it was perfectly placed we honestly couldnt want for more and Franc couldnt do enough for us greeting us in the monrning with fresh pastry products/fruit everything we could want Franc had, perfect. . If I could give Sunny Day a 11 I would in a heart beat. if you want a place to stay in Gran Caneria then look no further, honestly you cant get any better and you will be so happy that you stayed here. The ground floor apartment, with front terrace across the swimming pool, spacious,well utilize, very clean.A good size swimming pool very clean and well maintained , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.

The location is ideal , short walk to Playa Melonares and the Maspalonas Faro and promenade. Short walking distance to Mercadona for food shopping if self catering or a good stock minimarket at the Caybeach resort.
We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This is a standard resort hotel with facilities for post retirement holidays. As a young couple we felt a bit out of place but the hotel was great and met our expectations as any other resort of this standard would. We did get an upgraded room which was very thoughtful and the facilities around the resort, especially the restaurants on the beachfront are great!
Beautiful views across the ocean and watching the sunset. The apartment was very clean roomy and the facilities and kitchen were perfect. Good location for both the Melonaros beach and Melonaros/lighthouse both with a large selection of bars and restaurants. particularly liked K1 bar.
