I arrived at the scheduled time, and there was a host at reception who greeted us warmly and gave us the cards for the room. The main area was well-lit and clean! After depositing our luggage in our large apartment, we checked out the gym, games and laundry room and were impressed with the facilities. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay!

The rooms were large and very comfortable. Our party booked both an apartment and suite. Both were spacious and comfortable. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hotel is right off the Plaza Espana and close to squares, shops and restaurants. Also a short walk or bus ride from the train station so very easy to get around. We were very happy with this selection and we would stay here again. There is a mini bar in the lobby stocked with water and soft drinks that are free to guests. Snacks are also provided.
