It offers everything you could wish for during a holiday. There are many restaurants with a good selection of food suitable for international customers. The staff is all helpful and courteous considering the large number of guests present. We would like to thank in particular Mr. HAITHAM, customer service representative, who has always been very helpful in particular with my mother who is 88 years old and disabled, and also speaks several languages well including Italian and English, he stood out for his education and great availability. Dinner was very good. The biggest highlight for me was the value for money, very good for an all-inclusive hotel.
The room was overall very good. Looks just as in the pictures. Beds are comfy.
This is a perfect hotel if you're doing daytrips from Port Ghalib (diving, snorkeling, other beaches, Luxor). You still have the possibility to get breakfast and lunch boxes if you leave very early, as it's usually the case in those daytrips.

Nice quiet gardens with small pools for each building and a big pool with music and activities on the other side of the road. 3 min walk to a beach with nice beds and parasols. Lunch and drinks available on the beach as well. Staff is extremely helpfull and everything is clean and well taken care of. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The spa, the coral reef where fish come to you, camel ride on the beach, the Filini al a carte restaurant is very very good for a good price. You have to try it even if you are on HB or AI basis, spacious room, kids club and kids pool is really great. Food choice is big for breakfast and dinner. We will come again.

If you walk 10 minutes west you will find a nice local falafel restaurant, we dine there 3 times.
The room was clean and big, breakfast was delicious, pool was clean and beach had amazing coral reef for snorkeling. Also, the reception staff was very helpful. For example, my flight was at 8pm on the day of check-out, thus I asked the staff if I can spend the day in the Radisson private beach. Not only I was given a beach access for free, but after the beach I was also offered a hotel room to shower and change before the flight. That was a tiny detail that made my day.
