Staff friendly. Upgraded from 2 ind. rooms to a 2 room suite on the sea, with great sea view. This was very nice and we enjoyed it. Food was good, they worked to vary the food on the buffet. Dive Shop very good.

thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The variety of food was good and the food in the beach bar was very good as well. Every day there are new activities for the kids
The reception staff specially Mr. Reda were very pleasant and helpful, also the housekeeping staff were exceptional. The various facilities we in good condition, the sandy beach also.
Honestly much above the expectations. From the staff that makes every guest feels special to the cleanliness and facilities, activities, beach, sea, pools, and aqua park. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
Very good resort, there is a near bridge to the beach where you can go snorkel close to the coral bay. Also suggested the bridge to the reef in the other Jaz hotels, just a few minutes walk on the beach!
Food is good (just need to get used to Egyptian tastes)

Me and my wife went there for our Honeymoon and it was remarkable! The Staff was so decent and helpful. 😍❤️ They invited us for a romantic dinner and we had a real good time 🥰❤️. They also invited us to have a day on the beach in a private tent so we could enjoy the view with privacy. Special thanks to Mr. Abdel Hady Mohamed (The Front Office Manager) for his decency and for making our time there so sepcial!👌
