Villa Strand is an exceptional place to stay. It is separate to the Hotel Hornbaekhus, where we had breakfast and evening meal. The hotel and rooms are decorated and furnished in a tasteful Nordic style. There is a lovely balcony with views over the dunes to the sea. There is direct access on to the lovely sandy beach, and it's just a few minutes from the lively village centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Strand if you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Nicely located Holiday center, 20 min walk from the main beach. The accommodation is not really a hotel. Bedsheets and towels need to be booked and paid separately. We had sleeping room for 4, which were 3 small beds and a coach (that was opened and supposed to be the double bed) on two levels. That is ok for a couple of nights. The bathroom was simple, large and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Very peaceful and private. Lovely outdoor area, which at the time we visited (May) gets lots of sunlight, overlooking a large field of what looks like tall oat grass (if you get hay fever, you might want to take an antihistamine). Simple, but large interior with all the facilities you might need. Only a five minute drive to a good supermarket, and a few minutes further to the beaches.
Lovely small hotel located right overlooking the sea. Bedrooms are in a separate block from the reception and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. Sitting reading in the sun lounge was memorable. The hotel has a unique “vibe”, coming across as an old-style beach hotel but yet quite modern in terms of decor and food etc. The bedrooms are simple but comfortable.
The location was ideal and we were treated with a beautiful sunset. A big surprise were both dinner and breakfast, truly delicious and with a stunning view.
The house has an amazing location near the habour and the beach. It is a lovely little old house with a bit of garden. Not too loud and a bit outside the main city center.
Perfect location, restaurants nearby, lovely town, free parking (after 16:00). Close to so lovely Helsingör.
