Where do I even start… Nik is by far the best host we have ever had in all our years of travel! He checks in with you everyday to make sure you are having the best time possible. If you need anything- he says “leave it to me” and takes care of it all! He went above and beyond to help us find out important information when we ran into issues with our flights home. I can truly say that he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and we cannot thank him enough for making us feel like family! We were also lucky enough to be able to upgrade from the garden units to one of the beach front bungalows for 4 out of the 5 nights of our stay - which was fantastic! The amenities at Sunny Beach Lodge go on and on: Free airport transportation, free wifi, free toiletries, free use of kayaks and bicycles, and a laundry service! It is also located right next to a convenience/takeaway store, and a 24 hour store that sells food and alcohol a short walk away! I could go on and on about how great this place is - so please, do yourself a favour, and stay here when you find yourself in the paradise that is Aitutaki! You won’t regret it! This place is kept immaculately clean and manicured, from the villas, bathroom and hardwood deck floor, to the gardens and the beach (the team rake and tidy the beach for you each morning) and the villa is appointed with every little touch you could imagine - the UV after filter, air conditioning, outside shower, kayaks and bikes. The photos do not do it justice! Mere is the most spectacular host who has thought of everything and delivers the most astounding service - very responsive to every question or request. I was part of a larger group who stayed at a number of resorts, hotels and villas across the island. I got to see them all - some more expensive & some cheaper - none of them came close to Heaven to Sea. We felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place, run by wonderful people who go the extra mile to make everything perfect!

Our stay at Tai Marino was amazing, absolutely perfect. Vaea and Kii are perfect hosts, there when you needed them and not when you didn't. Vaea helped organise bookings, picked us up from the airport and Kii took us out on a relaxing and utterly enjoyable lagoon cruise. lunch provided by Vaea. Both generously shared their love and knowledge of their home and made us feel very welcome. We could not find one fault even if we tried.

Amazing value for money and the most hospitable, kind and helpful hosts one could hope for. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Ned and Greta. Fresh fruit every morning, very clean rooms, kitchen and social area and very affordable in-house scooter/bicycle hire. Close to Arutonga for shops, takeaways and Scuba diving at 'Bubbles Below'. Take a trip on a Sunday morning to one of the local churches to listen to the harmonious Polynesian Choirs, it's incredible. Perfect sea in every possible shade of blue, soft white sand beaches and amongst some of the most amazing dive sites on planet earth. Napoleon Wrasse, Eagle Rays and Hawksbill Turtles, The reef system will stay etched in my mind forever. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to meet like minded people and wishing to get away from the more touristy side of the Pacific, Aitutaki Budget Accommodation is the only place to go! Can't wait to go back!

Location was perfect, restaurant just out the front and in the heart of town. Thanks Tearaia & Mata, so helpful and great with communication. They picked us up from the airport and Thanks to Lisa for dropping us off nice and early Saturday morning 😅 Right on the beach for the best sunsets and air con was 👌
