Lovely spacious coastal cabin, a relaxing base which was warm and cosy in the evenings. Lovely views across the road to the mainland. Welcoming hosts and a well run site. Good access to local beaches and an easy drive to Strathcona Park with its beautiful hiking routes.

The view from the room was my favorite part, as well as the strong shower.
Just off South Island Highway, this motel is located along the coast of the Strait of Georgia. It features a picnic area with barbecue grills. All suites offer a kitchenette.

The motel owner was super nice and welcoming. She helped me with doing my laundry - I gave it in the evening, and she offered me to wash it during the night in order to have it ready for me on the morning.
The rooms were comfortable and facilitated, equipped with a kitchen and a sofa.
Location is good, 15 minutes drive from the harbour of Campbell River.
The nicest part about the location is the access to a isloated beach beneath the motel. A privaye long wooden and steep stairway connects the motel to a wild beach strip.
I saw a family of seals swimming there a few times, and it's a great place to relax and watch sunset and ocean wildlife.

Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. A lovely place, private and peaceful. The room was wonderfully clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything I needed. Simple, clean, good quality, well furnished, well equipped suite. I couldn't and wouldn't ask for anything more! The owners/staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. It's easy to find and has wonderful private beach access with stunning views across the straight to the mountains on the mainland.
I give this place top marks and would confidently recommend it to everyone.
The location next to the ocean is superb, the house is older but clean and well kept, the price is very reasonable, the staff leave you to your privacy and booking couldn't have been easier. This is my second time at the beach house and I highly recommend staying at this quiet, clean resort.
Location is excellent, beds comfortable, clean. Grounds are really nice to walk, right on the beach. Chinese restaurant recommended down the hiway was excellent, call to check hours.
The location of this hotel is stunning. Right on the beach, lots of green space outside....but the rooms are back to back, you can hear normal conversation through the walls, I cant imagine if someone was playing music, speaking louder etc. No sound insulation at all it seems. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable But this is not a place if you are looking for some peace and quiet in your room.
Doreen is an extremely friendly host, and we had a really good time with her at Salmon Point. The breakfast on all three days was exceptionally good, and by far the best on our three-week trip incl. 5* resorts in big citys. The accommodation is clean, right on the beach and lacks nothing. The bed is super comfortable and the environment is quiet.
