Good location, 7 mins brisk walk to train station to downtown. Convenience store is about 10 mins brisk walk. Lobbies don't smell of cigarette. The apartment's balcony is west facing so folks can watch the sunset.
Everything exceeded our expectations as this was our first stay with Hyatt. The price is very competitive with other hotel chains and I like that breakfast is included. My wife really liked that the floors were not carpeted and the surface areas were very clean. If I remember correct the bathroom counter top was marble.
I just love this hotel. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Perfect location for all the stores and local eateries. I come from New Jersey to Brampton, Canada and if I get there early if possible they always let me do an early check-in and Omar the front desk clerk is just the sweetest.. They all are! This hotel is just exceptional.
This was a perfect location. We were coming back from wonderland and need a place to sleep, it was only a quick 25min drive away and the price was so affordable. The place was so clean and lots of room. The staff was so nice and it was a very quiet place so we got lots of rest.
Perfect location to Airport, great equipment to cook, very modern and clean. Also great service by reception, very nice design of room, comfortable and all worked.
Being able to use the facilities was great! My son and I enjoyed the salt water pool, despite not having access to the water slide. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming; and even accommodated us because of a pool time scheduling mix up.
