Helios Hotel is located on the very shore next to Balchik’s Central Beach and close to the town’s centre. It provides an outdoor swimming pool and a kids‘ pool along with panoramic views to the sea.

The position of the hotel with quick acces to a beach with find sand. Balchik is not known as a location with sandy beaches. The view of our studio was great. You could see the golf of Balchik.
The kitchenet in our studio with facilities for coffee, tea and even if you want to cook you a meal. Altough we didn't use it.

It’s light, it’s fresh, it’s calm, it’s lovely.
It sits on the ground floor, you can park your car almost at the main door (on secured and guarded parking) - no hustle carrying things inside and back again when leaving.
The view is directly to the sea, open and bright, on the docks you can admire seagulls and fishermen.
It’s a short, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops from the sight. Beach with sand, umbrellas and sunbeds are on both sides of the apartment.
The promenade sits just under the terrace of the apartment and is long enough to take a nice morning run or walk along the beach.
The host is an absolute angel. She is super nice and warm and will enable you with whatever you might need or want. She also makes sure there is something cool (or hot 😉 like coffee and tea) to drink when you arrive. Main necessities you need are also there for you. She reflects on the apartment decore which is minimalist and modern.
We really liked and enjoyed our 7-days holiday time at Poemia and hope there will be a chance to come back again.

This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

The apartment has a wonderful view, very close to the sea, beach and restaurants. It was very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host is very nice and responsive. We liked everything and we’ll definitely come back.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Big apartments with many facilities, pet friendly, quiet place; access to 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are infinity pools, to 3 restaurants. Also, by car, you can get in 5-7 minutes to Heros Beach. I loved the fact that even if outside was very hot, inside the apartment the temperature was ok to sleep without having to have the AC open
A very nice, spacious, clean apartment, very comfortable bed and sofa, equipped with everything you need for a stay, where you can feel at home (the paintings are gorgeous, especially the one in the bedroom).
It has a very spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.
Alex, the host was very friendly, kind, helped us and answered any question.
The resort is close to several beaches.

Very nice resort with aquapark and various types of pools, ideal for families. The sea view from surroundings of the hotel was awesome, especially on sunset.
The room was cleaned every day, the food was varied and good.

There are parking options in the area, but the paid private parking garrage is a good option.
Two restaurants nearby: Laguna (on the beach) and The Old bridge.
It's the second time we are coming to the same apartment - it's perfect for a weekend with friends at the seaside.
The apartment it's huge - rooms, living room and balconies, perfect to spend the night outside and having some drinks with friends.
The kitchen is not very well equipped for cooking meals, only for basics. But you have 3 options (restaurants) in the complex to eat and a supermarket to grab the ingredients and home cooking.
