Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. Very clean hotel, very plesant staff. Nice spa center, nice pools with warm watter. On the the dinner wine was served. If the are few persons for dinner, you should choose from list of three salads, three main meals and few desserts. Every meal was delicious and meal size was huge.
