Location was ideal for our requirements. There were items to use for our beach day. Utility room was perfect as we had another leg in our travels. The kitchen was stocked with common cooking ingredients. The accommodation book has a lot of information about how to use what is in the property.

This is the most amazing getaway in Frankston. The property itself has everything you could want and more and the location is unbeatable! Pam was beyond amazing and all the little thoughtful things she did for our holiday made it just that much more amazing. It felt incredibly private and secluded.
