Loved the location and easy access to the beach. The beach box was amazing, especially with the games available for us to play. Loved the balcony to look out at the beach view, bathrooms were extremely nice and clean, and the kitchen was great. Also the spa was amazing!

we had a really good time. Loved that there were some basics in the cupboard and lots of utensils and crockery provided in the kitchen. Cleanliness was all pretty good as well outside of the bugs. Hosts were a bit tricky to get a hold of for communication and following up security deposit

Perfect location close to shops, train stations and only an hour out of the city! Room was exceptionally clean and all amenities were well serviced. Staff were beyond helpful and extremely friendly! My 3rd time staying here and I will definitely be back :)
The staffs were really friendly. milk and water were also topped up daily and the room was very clean. They also have free coffee - properly machine made cappucino and hot chocolate for free that you can enjoy and take which is a big bonus for me in the morning :) very nice place, not too far from the seaford beach where the water is very calm and so kids can go for a swim. it is very enjoyable stay especially with little kids. Also, it is located just across shopping centre so can get daily needs if required
Rooms were very Clean & Tidy. Shower was exceptional easily the best pressured shower I have ever come across.
Staff were very welcoming. Liked the fact that they were with The Sands Hotel where the restaurant offered a large variety of meals on the menu.
Close to Seaford Beach a 6min Drive to Seaford Beach Cafe for Breakfast by the Ocean. Close to Cranbourne Racetrack where we had a horse running, Quite close City Link if you wanted to jump on a go shop at Ringwood Eastlands Plaza etc. or even all the way to the city 20min Drive.
The price of the place is worth it. Its a nice place to stay if you want to visit places in Melbourne such as the Mornington peninsula, Brighton beach, and Chadstone shopping. The breakfast was small but nice! Cudos to the single breakfast chef. There is a woolworths and kmart locally to the property.
Very clean, the pool was an added bonus. Close to Frankston Beach which is very good for people with young children.
