Warm, comfortable and spacy apartment. It made us fully relaxed and enjoyed a family trip together. The lake is connected and the apartment is right on the stone beach.
The sunshine is warm and easy for lake swimming. It will turn cold after sunset.

They are like some kind of cabins with a porch. Spacious cabin with private bathroom, shower and large comfortable bed. Also a space with sofas and a table with coffee and tea available. They are located in a privileged environment with views of Lake Sevan and a private beach. Very relaxing and recommended stay.
A pleasant place to stay directly on the beach of Sevan lake. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated in rural Armenian style. Big restaurant with nice view to the lake and really delicious food.

The atmosphere is great. Lavash hotel is like a little seaside village where everyone knows everyone else. The views are incredibly beautiful and the gulls kept us entertained. The staff (cleaning and restaurant) were wonderful and friendly and even though they couldn’t speak English they did their best to communicate. The breakfast was good! The location is not too far from Sevan City or Sevan Peninsula. They have “taxi” services available to take you where you need to go.
