The owner was super friendly and helpful as he was assisted us with the public transportations, information about restaurants, best things to do etc. He picked us up from the port and took us back upon departure. He also offered us his personal umbrella for the beach because he didn't have one. The rooms are walking-distance to the port/center of island and were super clean.

Studios Niovi Serifos has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Livadion, 200 metres from Livadi Beach. Wonderful staff - picked us up at ferry and provided us breakfast and had us in our room by 11 a.m. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view. A pleasant 15 minute walk along the beach into the central area.

The apartment was better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was great: from welcoming Elena who gave me the keys and brief info on the beaches and the bus, to the sheep I could hear in the mornings while drinking coffee in the apartment's garden. The apartment was clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were a few books that I liked content-wise ( I read 2 of them at the beach). I even liked the soap (I rarely like hotel soaps). The location was perfect - close to the port, the local bus station, the central beaches and bars & restaurants.
