Set in Plati and only 1 km from Plati Beach, Iliovasilema offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast was fine, but the main advantage of the apartment we had in Iliovasilema was that it had a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of space.

Set on a hillside, Amigdalies offers 2-bedroom apartments with views over the castle of Myrina and the Aegean Sea. Stunning sea views from the large private balcony overlooking the town of Myrina, with a clear view of Mount Athos in the distance which made for spectacular sunsets. Very peaceful, quiet setting with beautiful, flower-filled gardens and ample parking right outside. Comfortable, attractive, recently refurbished studio apartment with everything we needed for an extended stay, (essential kitchen equipment, coffee machines, laundry rack, air conditioning, very comfortable bed and really good wifi). Daily cleaning service offering fresh towels if needed... and the ladies were very kind in adapting to my late hours and coming to clean in the afternoon! In fact, all of the staff were very helpful and really sweet. Complimentary wine, water, coffee and sweets on arrival were a lovely touch. And we were so grateful when they offered us a late check out because we didn't have to leave until 4.15 pm to catch our flight... which enabled us to make the most of our last day! There were two great supermarkets and a fabulous bakery/coffee shop a few minutes' walk away and the beach and town centre were in walking distance. I have spent lots of time travelling in Greece over the years and I found Lemnos a very quiet island. There are few tourist attractions (the most notable being the beautiful archaeological sites and Myrina Castle) and in June there were few tourists which made things VERY peaceful, maybe too much for some people... though obviously July and August will be very different. This is clearly not an island to go to for nightlife or lots of activities. There are many lovely beaches - most deserted and some with excellent, stylish facilities. The standard of food and wine were fantastic and excellent value for money and we found so many lovely tavernas and ouzeries, both in Myrina and in the small villages on the coast and inland. All in all, a great place to relax and unwind... and put on a few kilos!

Set amidst a fragrant garden, Efterpi is located in the scenic Myrina of Limnos, within 300 metres from Richa Nera Beach. Everything! Exceptional location, amazing view, incredibly clean, kind host. This is a beautiful property that I wouldn't hesitate in returning to. The value for money is very very good.

Situated in Mirina, Appolo Pavilion is less than a 10-minute walk from both the Roman and Turkish Shore. It features rooms with balconies and offers views of the Venetian Castle. Everything was perfect. The room was big, comfy, quiet, with balcony. Breakfast was provided. Parking was available. Lucia is an amazingly warm host, she helped me with finding car rental with a great deal and gifted me a souvenir from Limnos. Of the best stays ever!!!

The flat is renovated, spacious (we were 4) sparkling clean and equipped with whatever someone might need. It is also located at a fantastic central spot, yet not noisy. It very was comfortable and clean and owner was very friendly and helpful giving me advice on where to go and what to do.

Villa Vaggelis is an fantastic place to stay in Limnos, located in beautiful Agios Giannis, just 10’ from Chora- Myrina! The villa has a n exceptional sea view and amazing sunset view! Villa Vaggelis is a brand new villa, with all facilities needed, and a private pool. Vaggelis was always there when we needed him to ask anything. We had the most wonderful time we could ever had.

Situated 600 metres from Romeikos Gialos Beach, Kale Alti residences offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. A beautifully presented apartment, with wonderful views both front and back. It is in a great location. Our host did everything possible to make our stay memorable and Marta and Karena were so cheerful every day and helped to make us feel at home.
