Life’s a Beach, MONTROSE SCOTLAND is a beachfront property situated in Montrose, 1.6 km from Montrose Beach and 9.2 km from Lunan Bay. Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

Spacious and clean.Garry was great at communicating if we had any issues.First class host The artwork of Arbroath on walls was fascinating. View of sea and cliff is only from Upper bedroom . Lovely area and cliff walk 8 miles is brilliant. Best places to see a sunrise as well. Close to shops and great base for travelling the area . We had good weather which was lucky .

Excellent flat with a very modern bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms and living room. It is perfectly located. Close to the main pedestrian area, a few minutes away from the harbor and ocean, and the magnificent cliffs of Arbroath are also close by. The host was super nice, helpful and supportive. The copper oven restaurant below the apartment has superb pizzas and coffee.

Lisa and Garham were excellent host. The morning breakfast was elegant and delicious. The table setting and food were delightful. The hostess was helpful, attentive and generous with her time. We loved our stay here.

Full of interesting stories, but not forced on you. They had me and mum in stitches. The room was fantastic. Clean, comfy beds and heaps of room. Location is perfect as it’s very central. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
