Life’s a Beach, MONTROSE SCOTLAND is a beachfront property situated in Montrose, 1.6 km from Montrose Beach and 9.2 km from Lunan Bay. Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

Lovely area and cliff walk 8 miles is brilliant. Best places to see a sunrise as well. Close to shops and great base for travelling the area . We had good weather which was lucky .

Lisa and Garham were excellent host. The morning breakfast was elegant and delicious. The table setting and food were delightful. The hostess was helpful, attentive and generous with her time. Full of interesting stories, but not forced on you. They had me and mum in stitches. The room was fantastic. Clean, comfy beds and heaps of room. Location is perfect as it’s very central. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
