Offering sea views, Lovely coastal house in the western lake district minimum 3 night stay is an accommodation located in St Bees, 2.3 km from Fleswick Bay Beach and 25 km from Wasdale. Outstanding property. Well equipped, very clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, and well decorated. Good wifi (we were able to stream Amazon Prime video with no problem) St. Bees is a premier destination in the western Lake District, and we're were glad to score this stay. Would love to come back sometime.

Boasting a bar and views of sea, Green View Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in Silloth, 46 km from Derwentwater. Very welcoming host - before dinner we enjoyed chatting and learning more about the history of the area - Romans with port settlements, salt (hence Sil), cattle grazing (lath in Cumbrian, hence loth), the RAF base (Hudson aircraft, and the first flight simulator). Dinner and breakfast excellent, and dining room decor charming. Comfortable room with four poster bed.

Luxury lodge with private hot tub is situated in Askam in Furness. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a terrace. a small yet fully practical lodge with everything you could need and all fixtures and fittings were of good quality.

Featuring quiet street views, Harbourside Apartment offers accommodation with a balcony, around 29 km from Wasdale. It is located 29 km from Muncaster Castle and features a lift. Great location lovely views. Apartment was clean warm, quiet and had everything we needed. Instructions for host were clear.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Westcliff is situated in Seascale, a few steps from Seascale Beach and 10 km from Muncaster Castle. Great view, good location to travel to Lake District, free parking. Also, we received good recommendations what to visit around.

Situated in Barrow in Furness, Victoria House features accommodation with access to a garden. The property has sea and mountain views, and is 43 km from World of Beatrix Potter. We had such a great stay here! We used it as a base to explore the Lakes from - much less crowded and touristy, and everyone we encountered on Walney Island made us feel so welcome! The hosts at Victoria House were lovely and the room was exactly what we wanted: comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom (with a clawfoot tub to soak in after a big day of walking!). Will absolutely be back!
