Life’s a Beach, MONTROSE SCOTLAND is a beachfront property situated in Montrose, 1.6 km from Montrose Beach and 9.2 km from Lunan Bay. Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

The apartment is decorated / equipped to a very high standard. Location perfect in the centre of Arbroath. The bathroom is exceptional beautifully done with large bath and walk-in shower. kitchen well equipped. Living area more than adequate and Bedroom was very comfortable with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. We will definitely be returning. The fact it is located above the Copper Oven and over the road to Coast bar & restaurant is an additional bonus ❤️

Bamse B&B, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is situated in Montrose, 1.1 km from Montrose Beach, 8.6 km from Lunan Bay, as well as 48 km from Discovery Point. We really enjoyed our stay! The host is very friendly, The room was clean and nice, and we were able to lock our bikes. Would for sure come back again.

Less than 1 mile from Arbroath Abbey, Brucefield Boutique B&B offers luxurious rooms in a 1920s manor house. The hosts were beyond welcoming, always freindly, offered all the help needed and always in for a conversation, which helped to figure good restaurants / pub´s, but also locations to visit. The room was spacious, clean, offered a decent sized TV, and had some goodies prepared :) Throughout the house there were small bowls with fruits and sweets and a little gathering area, where also drinks were offered for free. Breaktfast was all freshly made and very tasty - you can pick from a variety of different things and although you need to submit some of your menu wishes the day before, you can always ask for a refill. On the outside you could enjoy the good weather on a lovely porch, or alternatively on hollywood swing´s and lounge chairs in the garden - which all together has been equally nice. Overall the best experience during the 10 days trip in Scotland!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated The Heritage Guest House provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .
