Very friendly and fast communication with the property manager.

The owner met us with a huge smile and let us into the apartment and shared all the information we'd need to be comfortable. The spacious apartment was spotless and had all the usual amenities, to include a fully equipped kitchen and travel info in the living room area. The toilet with sink is opposite the hall from the bathroom, which is huge. There is a large tub and separate walk in shower as well as a nice vanity. The large bathroom, and separate toilet and basin was great for us as two couples; we could all get ready quickly. The bedrooms were also at opposite ends of the apartment which was also good. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of storage space for long stays, ground level with secure parking, an all around perfect stay!

Almhütte & Skihütte Kohlerhaus is a small, traditional hut in the centre of Stuben am Arlberg, belonging to the Sporthotel Arlberg. The staff were very polite and most helpful, they helped to arrange a taxi to take us over the pass as it was blocked for cyclists. We stayed in the guest house away from the main hotel as it suited our budget. We were the only ones staying there and we had the loft. Had the best sleep of our trip so far!
