Located just 400 metres from Bayahibe Beach, Paraíso Bayahibe offers accommodation in Bayahibe with access to a garden, a bar, as well as full-day security. The receptionist Kiara was very friendly, she spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The pool area was lovely not loads of sun loungers but it wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very basic but had everything we needed even a water fountain which we thought was amazing! The room was big but did smell a little fusty but once we opened the window and put the A/C on it went away. If you want your room cleaning you just ask at reception this wasn’t a problem at all for us. You get a bath towel and a beach towel. It was on the main road into Bayahibe so the location was great. A little pizza place and shop 2 mins away and the Main Street which you could walk down and be at the beach/harbour in 5/10 mins. As 2 girls travelling we felt safe and I would definitely stay here again it was a great start to our holiday.

Set in Palm-Eagle Beach, 1.5 km from Eagle Beach, The Lizard offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a garden. Listen… I don’t normally leave reviews but this place was worth the review. Everything was as pictured. The location is right next to all the main spots. 5 minute drive to the beaches and downtown. 2 minutes to the grocery store. The WiFi was fast and reliable. There was free laundry and beach towels/chairs. The facilities were clean, open, and airy. There was everything you could want or need at such a great price point, also there was the cutest ‘backyard’ area to lounge after a long day at the beach . The host was extremely responsive and gave late check out for free which helped tremendously cause I had a late flight back. Such a great experience.

Rustic House Punta Rucia features a terrace and is located in Punta Rucia, within just a few steps of Punta Rucia Beach and 2 km of Ensenada Beach. Rustic House is located in the centre of Punta Rucia. Very large living areas with bathroom and kitchen. in our apartment could stay at least 8 to 12 people. Nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and also very quiet. The staff was always very helpful and hardworking. The kindness of everyone working there was amazing. Breakfast was prepared every day with love. The owner, Robert, is a real buddy type. Very helpful, with very good English. We spent 5 days there, and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone. If we should come back to Punta rucia at some point, then there is only one choice. At robert you can also book a boat trip to the small Cayo Arena, which we can highly recommend. The price performance ratio is absolutely in line here. Many greetings go to Robert, Nori, Kathrin, Tito (El Capitano) Alexander, and the whole team from the Rustic House. Finally, a small recommendation from us for dinner. A little a minute from the hotel is the cozy restaurant with the names,,damaris,, there you can eat very cheap and very good.

Offering a garden and garden view, Blue Haven Holiday Apartments is situated in Christ Church, 200 metres from Dover Beach and 700 metres from Maxwell Beach. Perfect location just above The Gap, and Dover Beach is 3 minutes walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and little shops on the main strip but you’re just far away enough to get a perfect nights sleep. The room is clean, modern and well-appointed - full-size fridge and stove for meals if you choose. We had an accessible room on the main level and felt comfortable and safe.
